 Purchase agreement

 The agrees to purchase the puppy identified as ___________________ from the litter out of the dam ______________
and the sire _________________ born on __/__/____.

1. All puppies require a $300.00 for deposit. Deposits must be paid in cash or U.S. Postal Service money order. PayPal is
    accepted.

2. Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit recieved) first choose basis.

3. Deposits are non-refundable, unless puppy is not available within one year. If you decide you do not want a puppy you
    forfiet the deposit.

4. All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Shipping costs include vet certificates, flight crate and the cost to ship the
    puppy.

5. Final payment (which include all shipping costs) will be made BEFORE puppy is released.

6. In order to ensure proper socialization puppies will not be released before thet are (8) eight weeks of age. If shipping
    or pick up arrangments have not been affected by the time the puppy is (10) ten weeks of age, buyer agrees to pay a
    $35.00 a week boarding fee, plus any expenses incurred, until the puppy is shipped. If the puppy has not traveled by the
    (16th) week the buyer forfeits the puppy and any and all deposits and payments made to date, absent written agreement.

7. Puppies will be issued a temporary registration with the IOEBA-International Olde English Bulldogge Association. The
    puppies will be registered without breeding rights. Buyers interested in breeding rights, must inform the seller in advance
    and an additional $500.00 will be required.

8. Breeder reserves the right to refuse or cancel sell of the puppy to anyone, at anytime, for any reason, for the welfare of 
    the puppy.

Guarantee
Breeder guarantees animal to be in good physical condition for the first 72 hours after the time of delivery to the buyer. The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery time for a complete examination. 

If the veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious condition other than a bacterial infection, such as COCCIDIA or GIARDIA, which is easily treated, the seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality, when available from the same or subsequent litter(s), after the original puppy is returned to the seller. The seller reserves the right to a SECOND opinion at the expense of the seller. Failure to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within the 72 hours of delivery VOIDS this guarantee.

At anytime after the 72 hours, return of the puppy may or may not result in a refund. Refunds will be determined by the seller on a case by case basis.

The seller is not responsible for defect/conditions caused by the buyers neglect, abuse, improper nutrition, mishandling or any other injuries to the puppy caused by said conditions.

Seller warrants that puppies will have been wormed twice and are current on vaccinations as appropriate for the dog's age. Shot and worming records will accompany the puppy. Seller will provide temporary registration for the puppy.

Breeding or participating in EXTREME SPORTS voids this guarantee.




BUYER AGREEMENT

  1. To use the kennel name LIBERTY BULLDOGGES as the prefix in the registered name of the puppy, and will not represent the puppy as a product of his/her breeding.
  2. The puppy will at all times be provided with proper health care, living conditions, nourishment and clean water.
  3. The puppy will not be kept on a chain for an extended period of time.
  4. The puppy/dog will not be used in the ILLEGAL activity of DOG FIGHTING.
  5. Females will not be used in a breeding program prior to the age of 18 months and most males at least one year of age.
  6. Buyer agrees the remedy for failure to comply with items 1-6 is forfeiture of the puppy/dog, to include all recovery costs incurred by the seller.


    The Buyer and Seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement existing between the parties for the sale of the puppy/dog. Any agreements made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any modifications made to this agreement shall be made in writing, or such shall not be effective.
